Kozue Amano

This is one of my favorite Mangakas. She was born on 26 of May in 1974. Her most popular mangas are "Aqua" and "Aria". What I like the most from her is her drawing, the realistic landscapes which completely make you get inside the story.

Ai Yazawa

This is also one of my favourite mangakas. She started publishing in 1985, and she wrote over 10 manga series in Ribon. Her works are popular among people who love fashion, and the manga storylines are similar, centered in a young woman and her relationships.
Her most popular works are:

Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai (1992–1995, 8 volumes)

Gokinjo Monogatari (1995–1998, 7 volumes)

Paradise Kiss (2000–2004, 5 volumes, published by Shodensha)

Nana (2000–ongoing, 21 volumes so far)

The publishment of Nana was stopped in June 2009 because of an illness that sent her to the hospital. In April 2010 she returned from hospital but hasn't still revealed when will she continue the series.

CLAMP

CLAMP is the most popular Japanese manga artist group, which consists of the leader; Nanase Ohkawa and three other artists who help her: Mokona, Tsubaki Nekoi and Satsuki Igarashi.
This group was formed in 1980, and they're still active.
Unlike most manga artists, they don't specialize in one genre, but they've created a diverse body of work, from childish and comedic (Card Captor Sakura, Clamp School Detective) to more teen and dramatic (xxxHolic).

Manga, manga, manga.

It's all about this. This blog will explore this world, including all types of manga and maybe some explanation about a few Mangakas (which will be my favorite ones).

Hope you enjoy!
